It's not an Order until We Both Agree It's an Order.

When you place an order with R.L. Hume Award Company or award-1.com, your final worksheet must be approved before it can be entered into production. Your order will then be completed seamlessly to meet your requirements. This allows you to place your order with confidence.

What is a Worksheet?

A worksheet contains all the information we require to fill an order.

It is very important that this document be reviewed very carefully, as this is the sole information we use to produce and ship your order. After receiving the approval of your worksheet, the order is entered into production. Your worksheet is not an invoice or request for payment.

For many of the items we supply, approval of an imprint proof may be necessary. An imprint proof shows exactly how the imprint will appear on the product being ordered. The production and shipping date can not be established until we receive the approval of this imprint proof.

What about Payment for an Order?

 

We also accept approved purchase orders, checks, and money orders.

Our initial concern is getting each and every order entered into production correctly. After we receive all required approvals, we contact each customer concerning payment. We ask that charge card information not be included in an e-mail. Those shopping in our showroom are welcome to use cash.

How Can I Place an Order?

We accept orders by phone, fax, email, US mail, and orders initiated by using the message area of our contact form.

It is very important to us that placing an order be extremely easy and quick.

Throughout our site you will see e-mail "Contact Us" links, that, when clicked on, will open a simple form you can fill out. In the message area of the form, just let us know what product you are interested in and give us an idea of your imprint needs. Remember, it is not necessary that we receive complete order particulars as any query we receive from you we consider a starting point. Most of the products we offer have a number of options for your consideration. We will ask you questions that will assist us in producing your order as you want it.
