Ordering & Product Information
Production Time
• Stock Items: Available within 5 days.
• Custom Ribbon Orders: Normal delivery time is 10 to 15 days.
• An additional 5 days are needed if a custom logo is ordered.
• All rush orders will be met if possible. Please let our representative know your event date.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped the best way. When applicable, shipping and handling charges will be prepaid and added to your invoice. Once your order is received by the carrier we can no longer be held responsible for delays or damages. If goods are damaged during shipment, claims must be made against the carrier. All orders exceeding $100.00 per box will be insured. Orders picked up in our showroom will not incur shipping charges.
Phone Orders
Phone orders are entered into our system and an "order proof" is generated. We must have this proof approved prior to production. It is your responsibility to review the proof carefully, as we are not responsible for any changes after the approval and production processes are completed. This insures error free orders and happy customers.
Add-Ons & Cancellations
If a custom order has been processed, add-ons will be considered a new order. Cancellations will only be accepted if the order has not been processed. A charge of $10.00 will be charged for additions or changes to orders that have already been approved and entered into production.
PMS Colors
PMS color matches are not possible on hot stamped items. We will match PMS colors for custom button orders as close as possible, but we do not guarantee exact matches. A charge of $10.00 extra will be charged.
Satin Buttons
Printing on satin buttons: add ten cents per button.
Overruns and Underruns
Due to manufacturing techniques all orders (excluding ribbons) are subject to a 5 percent over or under run and will be considered complete for invoicing.
Returns and Adjustments
No returned goods without authorization. Custom items (including ribbons & rosettes) cannot be returned for credit.
Patents & Copyright Laws
The customer assumes full responsibility for all claims and/or litigation arising from alleged infringement of licenses, patents or copyrights on any requested design or copy.
General Information About Ribbons
• Ribbon material widths: 1", 1 5/8", 2", 2 1/2", 3", 4"
• Standard (solid) colors: blue, red, white, yellow, kelly green, pink, purple, brown, gray, light blue, cream, orange, light green, lavender, sapphire, maroon, old gold, black, turquoise, rose, hunter green, beige, teal, raspberry, peach, navy
• Multi-colors: red/white/blue (1 5/8", 2", 2 1/2"), pink/green/pink, purple/white, blue/white, red/white (2" only).
• Fluorescent colors: yellow, orange, pink, green, sunglo, rainbow (2" only).
• 2" with gold edge: purple, lavender, royal blue, red, white, yellow, kelly green, pink.
• Imprint foil colors: gold, silver, matte silver, black, red, green, blue, brown
Additional Ribbon Charges
• Ribbon orders for less than 500 pieces that are picked up in our showroom, will be charged a $6.00 service charge. No freight charges, however, are added to these orders.
• For orders containing at least 500 ribbons and/or rosettes, there will be no shipping charges when shipped to locations within the continental US.
• Setup for less than 100 ribbons: $14.00 charge.
• Make a custom die: (from your black & white camera ready art) $40.00 charge.
• Line and place changes: The first 5 are no charge.
• Additional line changes: add $1.40 each.
• Place changes FIRST through SIXTH: no charge.
• Place changes after SIXTH: add $1.40 each.
• Extra length on rosette streamers: add .25¢ per inch.
• Printing on additional streamers: add .22¢ each.
• Double stick tape charge: add .08¢ each (specify location).
• Rosette pin backs: add .26¢ each.
• Sewn top with pin unattached: add .18¢ each.
• Sewn with pin attached: add .24¢ each.
• Attaching pin charge: add .07¢ each.
• Additional hit charge: add .40¢ each.
• Rush service charge: add 15 percent. ($4.00 minimum)
• Actual imprint proof charge: $20.00.
• Minimum invoice charge: $30.00.
